My great-grandmother, grandmother and mother all swore by "their" brand. For four generations we have been using only Ceresota and Heckers brand of flour. It was specifically developed for the immigrants from mid and northern Europe. It is made from hard winter wheat, is high in protein and therefore better for baking! Its quality can't be beat!
